Amsterdam – Get acquainted with the ship and enjoy its luxurious amenities or spend the morning at leisure in Amsterdam before setting sail this afternoon. (B/L/D)
Day 3
Cologne – Cruise to Cologne – In the morning, choose from one of the three included optional tours below, or decide to relax and spend your day at leisure. (B/L/D)
“Holy City” Walking Tour and Cathedral Visit
Take an exclusive guided tour through the Old Town and explore the UNESCO-designated Cologne Cathedral, one of Germany’s most revered Gothic architectural masterpieces. Continue to the Rathaus Koln, Germany’s oldest town hall, plus see other local sights.
Kölsch Beer Tasting
Visit a local tavern to taste Cologne’s famous Kölsch beer (it’s only made in Cologne) as well as try reibekuchen mit apfelmus – potato pancakes typically served with applesauce.
Cologne Bike Tour
Take a guided bike tour along the Rhine river and through tranquil Stadtgarten.
Day 4
Rhine Gorge – Rüdesheim – Cruise through the Rhine Gorge, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the most captivating and beautiful stretch of the river, before reaching the winemaking town of Rüdesheim. (B/L/D)

Join a guided hike up the Philosopher’s Path and enjoy panoramic views of the city.
Secrets of Speyer Tour
Visit Speyer, one of Germany’s oldest cities, known for having the largest Romanesque cathedral in Europe.
