Marseilles – Arrive in Marseilles, transfer to your hotel then enjoy a panoramic tour of the city and welcome dinner. D

Avignon – Excursion to Cassis for a sightseeing cruise of the beautiful Calanques. Transfer to Avignon with the rest of the day at leisure. B
Day 4
Avignon – This morning is your Extraordinary Experience: A private group cooking class. Next, a walking tour of old Avignon and a visit to the Pope’s Palace. B
Day 5
Avignon – Full-day excursion, including Saint-Rémy-de-Provence for an olive oil sampling and a visit to the village of Baux-de-Provence. B/T
Day 6
Avignon – Visit Arles and take a walking tour of the Roman city with lunch. In the afternoon, tour Carmague in a 4x4 vehicle followed by a wine tasting. B/L/T
Day 7
Nice – Transfer to Nice and stop in the village of Gordes along the way for lunch. Continue to Aix-en-Provence for a walking tour then arrive in Nice. B/L
Day 8
Nice – Sightseeing tour of Nice and a private visit to a wine estate. Your afternoon is at leisure. B/T
Day 9
Nice – Tour the village of Èze then Monaco. Stop in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat to visit the gardens of the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild. B/L/S
Day 10
Nice – Visit the Provençal market of Antibes then take a tour of Cannes. Visit the hilltop town of Saint-Paul de Vence and play pétanque (a game similar to lawn bowling). B

Nice – Enjoy a free day in Nice then a farewell dinner. B/D

Marseille
Upon arrival, meet and greet your tour guide and transfer to the hotel. Enjoy an afternoon introduction to the city on a panoramic tour. Welcome dinner tonight at a local restaurant. (D)
Day 3
Avignon
Set out on a morning excursion to Cassis and enjoy a shared one hour cruise of five Calanques, scenic rocky bays in the Cote D’Azur. In the afternoon, depart to Avignon, where the remainder of the day is free. (B)
Day 4
Avignon
Experience a private cooking class at Maison de la Tour. In the afternoon, visit the Pope’s Palace during a walking tour of Old Avignon. (B)
Day 5
Avignon
Today is a full day excursion to St. Remy de Provence and the village of Les Baux de Provence. Visit an olive oil estate in St. Remy with obligatory tasting. (B/T)
Day 6
Avignon
This morning, explore the Roman City of Arles with a walking tour. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, take a private visit by 4 X 4 to discover the Rhone delta of Camargue. Complete the day with a wine tasting. (B/L/T)
Day 7
Avignon- Nice
Today, drive to Nice with a stop enroute in the famous, picturesque village of Gordes. Lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to Nice with a stop in Aix en Provence for a lovely walking tour. (B/L)
Day 8
Nice
The morning site-seeing tour of Nice includes the old city and a private visit to a wine estate including tasting. The afternoon is yours to do as you wish. (B/T)
Day 9
Nice
A full day excursion awaits to the perched village of Eze and the glamourous principality of Monaco. Lunch at a local restaurant in Monaco. Upon return to Nice, stop in Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat and visit the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild (villa and gardens). Partake of a drink and pastry at the villa restaurant (the former dining room of the Rothschild family). (B/L/S)

Nice
Spend the day visiting the area including Antibes (with its colourful Provencal market), an orientation tour of Cannes and St. Paul de Vence, a village known for famous painters. Experience the traditional game of “Petanque”, a type of lawn bowling, in Saint Paul. (B)
Day 11
Nice
The day is yours to explore how you wish. Later, walk to the nearby restaurant la Rotonde, next to the worldwide known Negresco Palace Hotel, for a farewell dinner. (B/D)
Day 12
Time to say goodbye to Provence and transfer to the airport for your return flight home to Toronto or Winnipeg. (B)
